PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery & Bank Transfer is available for Lahore only. For all other cities, payments can be made via bank transfer. Bank details or relevant information will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
What is the process for refund?
Amount refund is done within 7-10 working days.

What exactly happens after ordering?
Once we receive your order, the items will be prepared for dispatch. Delivery takes 7-15 working days for in stock items & customized orders may take 18-20 working days.
Can I cancel my order once I have placed it?
Cancellation is only doable within 48 hours after placing the order. In case of any assistance required please get in touch with us via WhatsApp at 03454011558 for immediate resolution.
What should I do if I receive my order and it is broken or damaged?
We encourage our customers to check the items as soon as they are received. In case of any breakage, please hand it over to the delivery person immediately and get in touch with us. We take no responsibility for any breakages during the transit, however we may send you a replacement at our discretion.
